Watch: Canadian dog removes socks from 21 feet for Guinness World Record
Sept. 21 (UPI) -- A Canadian dog's unusual skill earned him a Guinness World Records title when he removed 21 socks from the feet of volunteers in one minute.
The Australian shepherd, named Daiquiri, and his owner, Jennifer Fraser, traveled to Italy to attempt the record on the set of TV series Lo Show Dei Record.
Fraser issued commands to Daquiri as he removed socks from the feet of 11 women seated in a line.
Daquiri managed to remove 20 socks on his first attempt, tying the record set by a California dog named Lilu, but he managed to officially break the record with 21 socks on his second try.
Fraser and Daquiri already hold numerous Guinness World Records titles, including the most tricks performed by a dog in one minute, the most clothes retrieved from a washing line by a dog in one minute, the fastest time to walk 30 meters with a dog's paws on the feet and the fastest time to complete five wall runs by a dog.
