There’s always something incredibly cute about two different species of animal getting along.

Be it the protective old dog who looks out for the excitable kitten or the orangutan who adopted three lions cubs as his own. They’re always stories guaranteed to produce an ‘aww’.

But, the staff at Denmans Critters – Lil’Critterz on YouTube – have gone a step further and have a produced a sort of animal social club.

In this video, you’ll see an adorable bunch all together in an Animals Of Farthing Wood style: goats, dogs and chicks hanging out, climbing over each other, and generally getting on.

It’s not quite a full Noah’s Ark’s worth, but we’re certainly getting there.

This month has been a busy time of the matriarchs of the group, dogs Duchess and Pharaoh, with new-born goats, chicks and ducklings adorably bouncing about the place who need looking after.

Denmans Critters say the dogs “oversee all the poultry, livestock, house, and children we have.”

“Duchess takes on the role of being mom to all the babies that are born or hatched. She is gentle but also protective of them. Pharaoh is more playful and goofy.”

They may be the hardest working, but we think its the baby muntjac deer – called Liddy Bug – who steals the show and wins the awards for the video’s very cutest.
