The internet has gone woofy for this brilliant footage of a dog driving a little boy around in a toy car.

The pooch behind the wheel is Daisy, a West Highland Terrier who likes to put her paw to the floor.

Her passenger in the car is Oliver and the clip was captured by his mother Jessica Wolf.

In case you’re worried that humankind’s time is up now that dogs can drive, fear not. The car is actually being controlled by Oliver’s mother as neither her son nor Daisy can reach the pedals.

However, she insisted that Daisy is the one turning the steering wheel.
