Ever since the lyrics to Little Mix’s new single, Shout Out To My Ex, leaked online, Perrie Edwards’ ex, Zayn Malik, has been under constant scrutiny.

Now, following Perrie’s confirmation that Zayn did end their four-year romance via text message, the girls took to their official Snapchat account to seemingly mock the former One Direction star.

And trust us when we say that it was brutal.

In the clip, Jesy Nelson can be heard telling Jade Thirlwall to “do the audition”, with Jade busting some moves that looked vaguely familiar… In fact, they held a striking resemblance to Zayn’s attempted dance moves from X Factor boot camp back in 2010.

OH, THE SHADE.

In case you’ve forgotten, Zayn shot to prominence in the competition by storming off stage and refusing to dance alongside the other hopefuls, with Simon Cowell heading backstage to search for him.

Simon eventually talks Zayn round to at least give the dance class a go, and the awkward shape-throwing in the clip will now haunt him forever.

It’d certainly be a pretty huge coincidence if Jade wasn’t purposefully mimicking Zayn’s moves from five years ago, and given the frosty relationship between Zayn and the girls’ BFF, Perrie, we’re willing to bet that they get up to much worse behind closed doors…
