Girls Aloud stopped their big Sheffield Utilita Arena concert to pay a special tribute.

Nadine, Cheryl, Nicola and Yorkshire lass Kimberley took to the stage at the Sheffield venue on Tuesday evening as part of the comeback tour. The shows have been paying tribute to former group member Sarah Harding who tragically died in 2021 following a breast cancer diagnosis.

Stopping to pay their respects, the group and fans came together as one in touching scenes. Nadine Coyle said: “Our beautiful Sarah. Our angel Sarah has done this beautiful version of this song all by herself.

“Sarah is going to sing it, we are going to see her on the screens in beautiful footage, and then we all sing along together.” Many of the thousands in attendance also shined their camera phone torches in the air.
