WATCH: Heather El Moussa Shares Video from Old Hollywood Wedding to Husband Tarek for 2nd Anniversary

"Going into our wedding anniversary with the fullest, happiest heart," the 'Selling Sunset' star said in an Instagram post featuring video highlights from her 2021 nuptials

Heather El Moussa is fondly looking back on her wedding as she and husband Tarek El Moussa mark two years of marriage.

On Sunday, the Selling Sunset star, 36, posted a video featuring romantic highlights from their nuptials on October 23, 2021.

"My lover ❤️. Going into our wedding anniversary with the fullest, happiest heart. Will be reminiscing and reliving moments from our wedding all weekend long 🥹👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻," she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.

The clip, fittingly set to Taylor Swift's 2019 hit "Lover," captured the pair getting dressed on their wedding day, exchanging vows and sharing a kiss. Other touching moments included Heather reading a card from her husband-to-be before the ceremony, Tarek blowing a kiss to his bride as she walked down the aisle toward him, and Heather and her father playfully dancing as he escorted her to the altar.

She shared a second post on Sunday featuring more wedding highlights, including the pair reciting their emotional vows to each other. "I was a man who lost hope and all that changed when I met you. You taught me how to love myself again," Tarek said. "You truly, completely complete me and make me a better man."

In her vows, Heather told him, "I can't believe I manifested the perfect man for me. You're my other half. You are truly the best human I've ever met in my whole life."

Heather captioned the sentimental post, "I love you more than the world. You & me forever 🤍."

The couple, who began dating in July 2019 after meeting at a Fourth of July boat party, got engaged in July 2020. Tarek popped the question during an excursion to California's Catalina Island while they were celebrating their one-year anniversary.

They married the following year near Santa Barbara surrounded by friends and family including Tarek's two older children — Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8 — whom he shares with his ex-wife and former Flip or Flop co-star Christina Hall.

"We're best friends, we're true soulmates, and our love is so rare and so special," Heather told PEOPLE at the time. "It's the love I've always dreamed of my whole life."

El Moussa said he was "excited" to do life with Heather. "We've got the two babies, we have a family, and we have a very bright future," he added.

"It was a huge shock," Heather told PEOPLE at the time. "We just weren't expecting this. We had just gone through IVF. We had embryos on ice. We had a plan."

"I think when you least expect it and there's no stress in your life, the world just brought us what was meant to be. I'm so excited that it happened like this," she added.

In January, the El Moussas revealed in a joint Instagram post that their baby, a boy named Tristan, had arrived. Since then, Heather has been sharing her motherhood adventures on social media.

During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in May, Heather admitted that she hadn't thought she and Tarek would be able to have a child together due to her fertility challenges.

"I did not think I was going to be successful at having a baby. And I have two beautiful step kids and they're incredible and they made me want to have babies," she said.

"It's like an obsession I never knew could happen, and the female body is the most incredible thing going through this. I have such an appreciation for women and what we go through, and it's such a beautiful thing," she added, calling Tristan's arrival "a dream come true."

"We’re balancing our businesses with the kids and our newborn baby, and we’re bringing you along for the journey for ALL of the good, bad, or ugly," Heather teased on Instagram in July while announcing the new season.
