Watch: Heroic boy saves baby brother after he falls off changing table

This is the nail-biting moment that a nine-year-old boy appeared out of nowhere to catch his baby brother after he fell off a changing table.

Joseph Levi was standing nearby when he suddenly saw 11-month-old brother Eitan fall to the floor.

In the miraculous footage, captured on a baby monitor, Joseph suddenly appears out of nowhere to catch the youngster before his head hit the floor.

The heroic rescue occurred in September, but mum Tila, 35, initially decided against posting the footage because she was ’embarrassed’ about it.

At the time of the incident, she had turned her back while helping her other son, six-year-old Zion, with his school work at home in Florida.

But she had a change of heart last week, and decided to post the footage online after the US election result was announced, in a bid to ‘change the focus of the day.’

Speaking to abc news, Tila claimed that ‘we all experience miracles every day’, and explained how Joseph felt like he had been pushed by an ‘angel’ – as he is usually unable to lift his brother.

'My message is to parents: Enjoy your kids,’ she added.

‘Protect them as much as you can. At the end of the day, in a second, everything can change.’

Joseph was also offered a gift by his grandparents in the aftermath of the incident but, ever the modest hero, he declined it and claimed that saving his brother was a sufficient reward.

What a little hero.
