Watch live: Harris courts voters in Wisconsin amid close race

With election day less than two months away, Vice President Harris will hold a rally in the key swing state of Wisconsin Friday evening.

Recent polling out of Wisconsin signals Harris and former President Trump are in a much closer race in the Badger State than previously thought. It’s a shift from The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s aggregate, which shows the vice president leading Trump in the state by 2 points — 49.5 percent to 47.5 percent.

President Biden narrowly won the state over Trump in 2020.

The campaign event in Madison, Wis., is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. EDT.
