Stacey Solomon has left her female following feeling inspired after taking to Instagram to share a hilarious video pointing out all of her body “imperfections”.
The mum-of-two is currently on holiday with her family, however, she took the time to film the light-hearted clip in a bid to boost her fans’ confidence.
Posing in just a bikini, Stacey points out her “muffin top, saggy boobs and stretch marks” as she jiggles her body, joking that her saggy boobs mean that she doesn’t ever need a bag on holiday, as she can store things underneath them.

The Loose Women star also laughed that stretch marks provide her children with hours of fun as they can colour them in and that laying on the stone ground is made easier with a softer body.
Writing alongside the video, Stacey provided her 457,000 followers with even more confidence-boosting advice, sharing: “SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE ON HOLIDAY WORRYING ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK! You’re all perfectly imperfect and unique and beautiful.
“I thought I’d make a little holiday video celebrating my society labelled ‘imperfections’ because actually I love them, they’re part of me, and they have their uses!
