What to Watch this week: The end of “Blue Bloods”, “Dexter”'s origin story, Angelina as “Maria”

The end of the year often means the end of shows...usually just for the holiday break — such as Happy's Place, Lopez vs. Lopez, George & Mandy's First Marriage, Matlock, Fire Country, S.W.A.T., and Shark Tank — but some for good. That is the case with Blue Bloods, which signs off after 14 years on CBS. Plus, Yellowstone and The Day of the Jackal wrap up their seasons, while America names a new winner of The Voice.

In theaters, Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as Marvel Comics hero Kraven the Hunter; Taron Egerton stars in the action-thriller Carry-On; awards contenders Nickel Boys, The Last Showgirl, and September 5 all open in limited release, and Angelina Jolie transforms in opera singer Maria Callas in director Pablo Larraín's Maria, which could earn the actress her second Oscar.
