Water Gushes Down Street in Arizona's Northwest Amid Flash Flood Emergency
The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flash flood emergency for Kingman, Arizona, on Tuesday, September 14.
The NWS said thunderstorms producing “exceptionally heavy rainfall” formed and remained “almost stationary” over eastern parts of Kingman.
“Over the course of about 2-3 hours, 4+ inches of rainfall was estimated on radar,” the service said.
