Water Splashes Up Side of Car as Ohio Road Floods

Water sprayed up the side of a moving car as roads flooded in Columbus, Ohio, on Monday, August 29.

Footage recorded by Ty Fisher shows water splashing against his vehicle as he plows through the flood on Monday evening.

Fisher said the road in Columbus, Ohio, had flooded “within a span of 20 minutes”.
