Severe overnight storms caused flash flooding in the Atlanta area in the early hours of September 8. Footage shared by Cobb County Fire shows water streaming over a road in Cobb County, Georgia.
According to local reports, parts of the Atlanta metro area were hit with as much as 4.37 inches of rain overnight.
