Waterfall Defies Gravity Due to Strong Winds at Port Campbell National Park

Strong winds caused water to flow upwards at a waterfall in Port Campbell National Park in Victoria on June 9.

Footage captured by Daniel Howard-Jones shows the water being blown upwards at Gibson Steps, an area of cliffs and popular sightseeing spot within the park.

He told Storyful that it was filmed 60-80 kmph gusts “after a night of heavy rain”. Credit: Daniel Howard-Jones via Storyful
