Yahoo News Waterloo Road confirms return date and shares first-look images
Waterloo Road spoilers follow.
Waterloo Road has confirmed when the show will return, as well as sharing some first-look images for series 14.
The popular school drama will return to screens on Tuesday, September 10, with episode one airing on BBC One at 9pm.
But as has been the case since the show was brought back last year, all eight episodes will be made available on BBC iPlayer from 6am that day.

The new series will see Jason Manford make his debut in the series as new headteacher Steve Savage, who is sure to shake things up for both staff and students.
Steve isn’t the only new element of series 14, as there are more big changes – Waterloo Road has a new academy status and a brand-new school building to go with it.
The school community attempts to find its feet in its new surroundings, but there will be a chain of unfortunate circumstances and one bad choice that will have tragic consequences for everyone.

Joining the cast of Waterloo Road in the new series are Saira Choudhry, who plays new maths teacher Nisha Chandra, as well as former Hollyoaks star Olly Rhodes as Steve’s son Billy.
Also making their debuts are Nathan Wood, Matthew Khan, Danny Murphy, Sonya Nisa and Miya Ocego, as pupils who are sure to create chaos in the new run of episodes.
These new actors will join a strong returning cast that includes Adam Thomas (Donte Charles), Kym Marsh (Nicky Walters), Hollie-Jay Bowes (Debs Rafferty), James Baxter (Joe Casey), Jo Coffey (Wendy Whitwell), Katherine Pearce (Amy Spratt), Neil Fitzmaurice (Neil Guthrie), Rachel Leskovac (Coral Walker) and Shauna Shim (Valerie Chambers).

And of course, plenty of the student cast will be returning, including Alicia Forde (Kelly-Jo Rafferty), Liam Scholes (Noel McManus), Noah Valentine (Preston Walters), Summer Violet Bird (Tonya Walters) and Zak Sutcliffe (Schuey Weever).
While Angela Griffin won’t be appearing in her iconic role as Kim Campbell in series 14, she remains part of Waterloo Road and will direct some episodes in this series.
Earlier this month, it was announced that Waterloo Road had been recommissioned for two more series, which means it will remain on the BBC until at least 2026.
