A strong storm damaged some structures and knocked down power lines in Panama City, Florida, on April 23, local media reported.
The Panama City News Herald said parts of the area were under a tornado watch, followed later by a tornado warning and the arrival of the storm around 4 p.m.
“Surrounding counties had sightings of tornadoes, but according to the National Weather Service in Tallahassee, there weren’t any confirmed tornadoes,” it added.
