Weather Balloon Buffeted by High Winds in Spokane

A weather balloon released by the National Weather Service office in Spokane, Washington, was buffeted by winds as it was launched on March 28.

Forecasters warned that some areas could “expect damage to trees and outdoor items” amid high winds across the region.
