For those of you still competing in fantasy leagues through Week 18, below you'll find our analysts' positional rankings. Obviously fantasy football seems particularly inconsequential right now, however. Our thoughts are still very much with Buffalo's Damar Hamlin as well as his family, friends and teammates. Everything else related to football (and certainly to fantasy) is far less important today.
While most fantasy football leagues ended their seasons in Week 17, we understand that some leagues prefer to continue until the regular season is done. We also know the unique structure of this season — the extra week, late-season bye weeks, etc. — may have caused certain fantasy commissioners to continue their league's season until the very end.
Whatever your situation, if you're still reading you're likely still in the hunt. As such, we have you covered as you seek out that trophy with our Week 18 positional rankings.
One of the most obvious issues with playing until Week 18, however, is that some NFL teams will rest their starters en route to the playoffs (or, en route to an early pick in next season's draft).
A team we know will be fighting to the end, however, is the resurgent Jacksonville Jaguars, led by quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
Lawrence is a top-10 fantasy quarterback this year, leaps and bounds better than he was in the (thankfully) short-lived Urban Meyer era.
In fact, there are already whispers of Lawrence finishing the 2023 fantasy season as a top-five signal-caller!
As you look to bolster those lineups with waiver wire pickups, whether you're trying to figure out your FLEX spot or figure out which tight end or defense to stream — whatever your lineup woes for this game and all the other games ahead, our expert rankings below can help.
Check them out and good luck with your fantasy football playoff matchups in Week 18!
