West Bromwich Albion have confirmed young right-back Ethan Ingram has completed a Deadline Day move to EFL League Two side Salford City.

Joining on a season-long loan deal, the 20-year-old is set for his first experience of senior football away from the Baggies.

The England U20 international, who can also play as a centre-back, has made three senior appearances for Albion since 2021.

Ingram follows Rayhaan Tulloch out the temporary exit door as the winger finalised a switch to Bradford City earlier on Friday.

The departure of Ingram opens up a space in the squad for former Huddersfield Town man Pipa, who is close to a reunion with Carlos Corberan.
