West Ham 1 Shrewsbury 0 | FA Cup | London Stadium

An extra-time goal from Reece Burke was enough for West Ham to beat Shrewsbury 1-0 and squeeze through to the fourth round of the FA Cup.

West Ham were unimpressive in the Shropshire stalemate which forced this third-round replay, and were equally poor once again as their League One visitors nearly pushed the Hammers to a penalty shootout at London Stadium.

In a match of few chances, Burke scored the winner as he crashed in an effort off the bar in the 112th minute to ensure David Moyes' Hammers will face either Bournemouth or Wigan in the fourth round of the competition.
