West Ham vs Tottenham line-ups: Confirmed XI for Premier League derby at London Stadium

Manuel Pellegrini has been forced into a midfield change for West Ham's London derby with Tottenham with his core down to just two.

Pedro Obiang, who has been at the heart of the Hammers' turn in fortune alongside Declan Rice and Mark Noble, misses out at the London Stadium with a small ankle issue, meaning Robert Snodgrass makes his first Premier League start since defeat to Wolves.

The only other change for the hosts is full-back Aaron Cresswell, who replaces Arthur Masuaku after the 24-year-old picked up an anlke injury while away with DR Congo over the break and is only fit enough for the bench.
