Michail Antonio pulled out of the Jamaica squad for this international meet-up citing logistical issues as his reason, meaning he was spared a long-distance trip and should be fresh for today’s trip to Everton.

That is a boost for David Moyes, who is set to stick with his trusted West Ham regulars as he begins to juggle a busy run of fixtures.

Today’s game at Goodison Park kicks off an intense run of games, which includes the visits of Genk, Tottenham and Manchester City - plus a match away to Aston Villa - before the month is out.

Nine players have started all seven of the Hammers’ Premier League games so far with Antonio only failing to make it ten due to a one-game ban last month.

Moyes was tight-lipped on what state his players have returned from their international duties in, but could name an unchanged XI after defeat to Brentford last time out.

“We’re probably like everybody else,” Moyes confirmed on Friday. “We've probably got one or two injuries, one or two people coming back from international duty that we're having to look after.

“It looks like this international break's taken its toll on a lot of people, and we’re no different.

"If I did have [any confirmed players missing], I probably wouldn't tell you anyway! We might have some people who are not available.”

West Ham predicted XI: Fabianski; Coufal, Zouma, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Soucek, Rice; Bowen, Fornals, Benrahma; Antonio.
