Where to Watch Every Season of “Grey’s Anatomy”
Here’s where you can watch 'Grey’s Anatomy,' from the very beginning to the current season
Grey’s Anatomy is back with new episodes and there are new ways to watch your favorite characters.
Season 20 of the long-running medical drama includes a major change at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital. Following a scaled-back role in season 19, Meredith Grey, portrayed by Ellen Pompeo, will not be returning as a series regular and is set to appear in at least four episodes in the latest installment.
Though Meredith is making a few appearances throughout season 20, it has not been revealed if Ellis Grey’s other daughter, Maggie Pierce, will. Kelly McCreary, who became a series regular in season 11, exited the show last spring.
In an exclusive first look at the landmark season shared with PEOPLE, Meredith can be seen asking, "How long do I have to wait?" before the scene shifts to the surgical interns getting ready for a new day.
"What are you waiting for? Let's go," Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) calls to them in the locker room. While walking the halls of the hospital together, Miranda tells Meredith, "The interns are in trouble."
The new season, which premieres March 14, 2024, on ABC, will run for a total of 10 episodes.
Here's where to watch every season of Grey’s Anatomy, including the current 20th season.
Where can I watch all seasons of Grey’s Anatomy?
Since March 2005, Grey’s Anatomy has aired 420 episodes across 19 seasons, plus the 10 episodes slated for season 20. The series was renewed for its 20th season in March 2023, but had a delayed release due to the writers' and actors' strikes in Hollywood.
Although actors, like Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang and Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, have left the series over the years, there are still familiar faces that fans know and love in the latest season.
James Pickens Jr. as Richard Webber, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Kim Raver as Teddy Altman, Caterina Scorsone as Amelia Shepherd and Camilla Luddington as Jo Wilson are among the main stars coming back for the new season.
PEOPLE also confirmed that Jessica Capshaw, who exited the show in 2018, will reprise her role of Dr. Arizona Robbins in the April 4 episode. The pediatric and fetal surgeon departed at the end of season 14 when she moved to New York City to be with her ex-wife, Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez), and their daughter, Sofia.
