If you think making jam is a time-consuming task, this Instagram foodie may change your mind. Naya, also known as @fooddocumented on Instagram, recently shared a three-ingredient recipe for raspberries jam - with the added bonus of it being vegan too.

This simple yet delicious recipe was reposted by The Feedfeed and described as the "perfect toast topper" The post secured more than 98,000 views and heaps of praise from the online community, reports the Daily Record.

Instagram user @chirstine. is.hungry commented: "Love homemade jam. It's my favourite Summer project."

Juliet echoed her sentiment by describing it as an "Amazing idea! and so simple to make," while @whiteplatesbyalli announced plans to try out the recipe, stating, "Will be making this."

Ingredients

120g raspberries 2 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp honey

Method

Combine raspberries, chia seeds and honey on a plate. Mash them together with a fork until they're well combined.

Once the jam mixture is prepared, simply spread it on bread, toast or even a scone, and enjoy.
