New York — Former R.E.M. frontman Michael Stipe has found a doppelganger in David Letterman.
Both the singer and the late night television icon have been sporting bushy grey beards lately.
This is the story of how Michael realised David Letterman is his twin:
David showed his beard off in a cover shot for this month's New York magazine. Michael came across a sign promoting the cover and posted a selfie alongside it on his Instagram account.
The 57-year-old captioned the picture: "So fucked up (sic)."
