BELINDA STACKHOUSE, aged 23 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a Peugeot in Exton Road, Bournemouth, on May 15 with 115 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. Fined £900. To pay £90 surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ROBERT HUGH BOOTH, aged 77 and of Bourne Close, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on July 10. Fined £360. To pay £105 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

NINO NINIKURI, aged 45 and of Rownhams Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A4 Bath Road near the junction with The Shallows, Saltford, on December 18, 2021, at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 41mph. Fined £384. To pay £38 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

STEVEN DULLAM, aged 40 and of Knole Road, Boscombe, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned office appointments on May 23, May 31 and June 23. Fined £50. To pay £60 costs.

MOHAMMED ZUBER AHMED, aged 27 and of Almer Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of failing to co-operate with a preliminary test, namely a drug wipe, in pursuance of a requirement imposed under section 6 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 at Poole Police Station in Wimborne Road, Poole, on May 21, 2021. Fined £8300. To pay £34 surcharge and £300 costs. Driving record endorsed with four points.

EAST DORSET

DEAN BERKLEY SNOWDON, aged 52 and of no fixed abode, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Castle Hill Lane, Cranborne, on December 24, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £105 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

CHRISTOPHER NICHOLAS GENTLE, aged 61 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 21, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 25. Fined £200. To pay £80 surcharge.

VICTORIA EMMA HUTT, aged 33 and of Ravensdale Close, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Poole Road, Poole, on March 4 with 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £160. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years.

ALISTAIR JON MCNEILL, aged 40 and of Woodpecker Drive, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Ashley Road, Poole, on November 7 with 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
