Alisson Becker returns for Liverpool at Wolverhampton Wanderers as one of 10 changes but Darwin Nunez misses out entirely at Molineux. Brazil international Alisson had missed the last two games with a hamstring concern but returns to the starting lineup as the Reds aim to go top of the Premier League at Wolves.

Nunez, who has started the last two games for the Reds, sits this one out through illness with Diogo Jota the only player to keep his place from Wednesday night's 5-1 win over West Ham United in the Carabao Cup.

It's unclear if the sickness will restrict Uruguay international Nunez's involvement in Tuesday night's Champions League visit from Bologna with Arne Slot expected to offer an update at some stage at Molineux.

Jota struck twice on the night against the Hammers and is rewarded for a chance to lead the line while Nunez recuperates having started back-to-back Anfield victories over Bournemouth and West Ham.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson return at right and left-back respectively, while Virgil van Dijk captains the team next to Ibrahima Konate at centre-back.

Ryan Gravenberch returns having had the night off in midweek with Alexis Mac Allister also starting alongside the Netherlands international in midfield. Dominik Szoboszlai is playing further forward in the No.10 role for Arne Slot.

Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz will start on the right and left flank with the Reds looking to take advantage of Manchester City's 1-1 draw at Newcastle in the lunchtime kick-off by beating their hosts and going top.

Subs: Kelleher, Gomez, Tsimikas, Jones, Chiesa, Quansah, Endo, Gakpo, Bradley.
