Wildfire Forces Evacuations in California's Antelope Valley

Officials ordered evacuations in Antelope Valley, California, as the Pine Fire grew to 180 acres and was at zero percent containment on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 12.

Approximately 100 homes were under evacuation, Cal Fire San Bernardino Unit (Cal Fire BDU) reported.

Structures were under threat as of 2 pm on Wednesday, according to the The Los Angeles County Fire Department. At least one structure was consumed in the fire, local media reported.
