Wildfire Prompts Evacuation Order Southwest of Denver
A wildfire prompted a temporary evacuation order of apartments southwest of Denver, Colorado, on December 27.
The fire was an estimated 150 acres in size at around 4:15 pm on Monday, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. The evacuation order was scaled back to a pre-evacuation notice just over an hour after the fire was initially reported.
