William shares mental health impact of working on air ambulance front line

The Duke of Cambridge has discussed how his mental health was affected when he worked in the emergency services. William shared his experiences with ambulance responders from the South Central NHS Trust at their home in Reading. Emergency care assistant Chloe Taylor and paramedic Will Parish discussed how the pandemic caused them to be more aware of their own mental health, and how more needs to be done in training to give frontline staff coping mechanisms to meet the challenges of the job.
