Wind and Rain Hit Galveston Bay as Storm Nicholas Reaches Texas

Tropical Storm Nicholas brought strong winds and rain to the Texas coast early on September 14, with the National Hurricane Center warning of the potential for life-threatening flooding for parts of the south.
