The Winter Olympic games have flown by in a flash.

Team GB have issued us with the standard cases of hope, heartbreak, anxiety and joy (though not always in that order). From Lizzy Yarnold managing to retain her Olympic title - successfully defending the gold medal she won in Sochi in 2014 - to Izzy Atkin winning a sensational bronze medal in the Women’s freestyle skiing.

Team GB have equalled their record medal tally at a winter games, and with the women’s curling team battling it out in the bronze medal match against Japan on Saturday, we could have records tumbling before the games are over.

The Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea have been a brilliant celebration of sporting success and battle through adversity. And the Games – approaching their end, will host a glamorous closing ceremony on Sunday to mark the end of a whirlwind fortnight.

The ceremony is taking place in the Olympic Stadium - the same arena that welcomed the games to Pyeongchang just two weeks ago.

BBC Two will be providing live coverage of the ceremony, with the programme – hosted by Clare Balding starting from 11am UK time, on Sunday February 25.

Eurosport 1 will also be showing coverage of the event from 10:45am UK time on the same day.
