A winter storm blew through southwestern Colorado and the state’s front range on Monday, November 9, with forecasters calling for several inches of accumulation.
According to reports, a winter storm warning was in effect until 11 pm on Monday for southwest and northwest of the San Juan Mountains, including Telluride, Ouray, Lake City, Silverton, Rico and Hesperus.
Snow was also reported in Colorado’s front range from Boulder to Fort Collins. A semi-overturned on Interstate 70 at the Eisenhower Tunnel, prompting a safety closure with delays.
