Winter Storm Dumps Snow Across Southeast Montana

A band of heavy snow was forecast to produce one to two inches of snowfall across counties near Billings, Montana, on Friday, December 24, reducing visibility on roads to below one quarter of a mile, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
