Wolverines explore a snowy winter wonderland at Whipsnade Zoo

Whipsnade was transformed into a winter wonderland on Wednesday as overnight snow blanketed the 600-acre conservation zoo. Animals at the UK’s largest zoo enjoyed the unexpected change in scenery, with Wolverines Puff and Fi relishing the soft snow. Elsewhere, an Amur tiger, a threatened species native to Russia, northern China and Korea, enjoyed its breakfast in the snow.
