Online shopping can be a blessing and a curse.

It's extremely convenient as you can do it from the comfort of your own sofa – simply by tapping away at a few buttons. But one major downfall is you don't always know what's going to turn up at your door.

And this happened to a woman who purchased a multi-pack of crisps recently. But thankfully she didn't seem to mind when someone packed them wrong!

Katy Boswell snapped up Monster Munch from B&M recently, along with some other goodies. She purchased two packets of the beef flavour – filled with six bags of crisps in each.

But she was surprised when 11 individual bags of Beef Monster Munch and one packet on Pickled Onion were sent to her instead. That's a rogue flavour she didn't quite expect – but she was here for it!

Katy shared her confusion at the error on X, formerly known as Twitter. She asked: "@walkers_crisps did I just win the crisp lottery? Bought two packs of six beef Monster Munch and I've ended up with 11 packets of Roast Beef and one Pickled Onion."

A Walkers spokesperson responded to the post and joked that there was an "imposter" thrown in there. They added: "Drop into our DMs and we'll get this put right for you, thanks Katy."

Given that Monster Munch are a firm favourite here in the UK, we don't expect she'll be holding any grudges! Since the snacks hit shelves in 1977, they've been popular with children and adults alike.

Currently, Brits can tuck into flavours including Roast Beef, Pickled Onion and Flamin' Hot. But in the past, there were even more options available.

Previously, you could get hold of Beef Burger and Spaghetti Sauce varieties of Monster Munch. You'd have to be brave to try those unusual flavours, though!
