Woman and child struck by forklift in Antrim shopping park
Two people have been struck by a forklift in Co Antrim on Tuesday.
A woman and child are reported to have been involved in an incident near The Junction in Antrim on the afternoon of February 4.
Emergency services responded to the scene near the shopping centre and no serious injuries have been reported.
A spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said: "Police received a report that a woman and child were struck by a forklift shortly before 2pm.
"Neither is understood to have sustained any serious injuries."
A statement from The Junction on Tuesday evening said: "We're aware of an incident that happened earlier this afternoon and are working closely with relevant parties to conduct a thorough investigation. We continue to prioritise the safety of all visitors and staff, and our thoughts are with those affected."
