Woman dies after mobility scooter crash in Dawlish

A woman has died after a crash in Devon last week. Emergency services were called to Exeter Road, Dawlish on Wednesday, November 13, following the collision, which involved a mobility scooter and a car.

A local woman, aged in her 80s, was taken to Derriford Hospital with serious injuries following the crash. She has since passed away as a result of her injuries.

The driver of the car, a blue Peugeot, was uninjured, Devon and Cornwall Police said. Officers are now appealing for information from anyone who witnessed the crash and has not already been in contact with police.
