Woman dies in Scots town crash after 'medical incident'
A woman has died following a two-car crash in East Kilbride. Mercy crews were scrambled to the Glen Doll area of the South Lanarkshire town just before 6pm on Friday.
Unfortunately, the woman - who was one of the drivers - was pronounced dead, reports Glasgow Live.
No one else was injured in what has been described as a "medical" incident by Police Scotland. A probe has been launched to establish the full circumstances.

A spokesperson for the force said: "We were called around 5.50pm on Friday, 29 November, to a report of a two-vehicle crash in the Glen Doll area of East Kilbride.
"Emergency services attended and one driver, a woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
