A woman in Mexico surprised her boyfriend with a very special birthday present, with touching footage showing the moment she gifted it to him.

Lorely Elizalde commissioned a portrait by visual artist Luppa Viramontes, depicting her boyfriend and his best friend, who passed away four years ago.
