A woman in her 60s has been admitted to hospital following a 'hit and run' in Belfast. Police say they would "like to speak with the driver" of the vehicle involved in the reported incident on Sunday, August 24 around 8.45pm on the Shankill Road.

We understand the woman suffered "injuries to her arms" in the collision and that the "car didn't stop".

She was taken to Belfast's Mater Hospital for treatment and police say they were notified of the incident the following day by her son.
