Woman left with 'multiple bite injuries' after pub loo attack

A woman was left with 'multiple bite injuries' following an attack in the toilets of a pub in Atherstone. Police say that two people were reportedly injured, one who had been bitten multiple times.

Warwickshire Police say that an altercation reportedly broke out in the women’s toilets of a pub in Church Street. It then continued outside before a suspect was dragged into a car by a male she was with.

Investigations have been ongoing since the incident took place at around 11.30pm on Sunday, March 17. A Warwickshire Police spokesperson said: "The investigation is progressing, and detectives are now asking for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

"Anyone with information can call 101 or visit online citing crime reference 23/11210/24."
