Woman shares 'hilarious' hack to beat hand luggage policy on planes
For those fretting about fitting all their essentials into hand luggage, the struggle is real. From skincare essentials to a variety of bikinis and evening wear, it's surprising how quickly space runs out once you start packing.
But worry not, as TikToker @theibizatimes has shared a clever trick for beating the notoriously strict baggage policies of budget airlines like Ryanair.
In a video that has tickled many, a woman who was "flying with Ryanair" demonstrated her refusal to pay extra for additional bags a cost that can quickly add up.
She appeared to be wearing a seemingly normal midi-length strappy black dress, but the real magic happened when she lifted her dress.
The reveal left viewers in fits of laughter: beneath her dress, she was wearing shorts with several crossbody bags attached, cleverly expanding her carry-on capacity without flouting Ryanair's cabin baggage rules.
RyanAir's policy clearly states: "Priority and 2 Cabin Bags: This allows you to carry a small personal bag (40x20x25cm), which must fit under the seat in front of you and a 10kg bag (55x40x20cm) onboard, to be stored in the overhead locker."
It also includes the perk of Priority Boarding, allowing passengers to board the plane first.
After flaunting all her bags, she then slipped her dress back into its usual position without anyone being the wiser.
The comments section was flooded with users posting crying-with-laughter emojis.
"Great idea", one person commended, while another admitted they would "try it".
Others noted that the trick seemed like something their pals would pull off.
"Omg", an Instagram user wrote.
