Woman shares natural cleaning recipe that makes home 'smell incredible'
There are several straightforward methods to eliminate unpleasant smells from your home using natural items that you likely already have.
Cleaning expert Chantel Mila Ibbotson, who shares tips on Instagram as @mama_mila_au, has offered a number of suggestions that will leave your home smelling fantastic - all while using natural ingredients.
Chantel's first piece of advice is to put baking soda anywhere that needs immediate odour removal, including your fridge, bin and dishwasher, reports the Express.

This cost-effective solution eliminates the need to buy various sprays and other products, with many people already having baking soda in their homes - and if you don't, it can be as cheap as 50p.
Another way to utilise baking soda is to put it on a lemon and use it to clean and deodorise anything made of stainless steel, including your sink.
Sharing a third technique for making your home smell pleasant, Chantel suggests simply boiling one sliced lemon, two sprigs of rosemary, one teaspoon of clove and vanilla on your stovetop.
This is ideal for deodorising and getting your home smelling wonderful before guests arrive, and would likely be cheaper than buying a candle for the same purpose. Once this mixture has cooled down, you can bottle it and use it as a room spray, or add white vinegar and create your own surface spray.
Her final tip for eliminating bad odours from the home is to ensure you are using a laundry hamper and not leaving dirty clothes on the floor.
Chantel's followers swiftly responded to her household tips, with some saying they were going to test out all these suggestions "right now".
Others expressed gratitude for the valuable advice. One inquired about the longevity of the room spray, asking: "How long does the lemon, rosemary, etc work in spray bottle before goes bad? " Chantel responded: "Around a month I've found."
