Woman shares how she lost three stone in three months without ditching favourite foods
Losing weight can be tricky and it can take time to work out which diet is best for you.
But one woman who lost three stone in three months has shared exactly what she consumes on a daily basis that helped her get there. Her diet isn't too restrictive, however, with some room for variation and plenty of delicious dishes. While results for everyone will differ, user Slimming Sazzle was certainly happy with hers when she shared her message to TikTok.
While many may think cutting out your favourite foods is the way to go, the key to any weight loss diet is balance. As @sazzle2022 shows in her post to the social media app, there is plenty of room for the treats you love as long as you eat them mindfully.

Sazzle explained she would normally enjoy a filling breakfast, but this time she didn't have the time to eat in the morning, marking a break from her routine. However, this meant there was room for a "big lunch" in the form of bolognese with tagliatelle. Alongside the pasta was a small salad of rocket, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.
She added: "Then for dinner I made an all-day breakfast. I put one thin sausage in, some scrambled egg which I did in the microwave. I left it under scrambled because it will cook more in the air fryer." Mushrooms and homemade hash browns were also added, along with a spoonful of baked beans.
For those who wanting to snack throughout the day, Sazzle shared her grazing plate featuring a bowl of grapes, strawberries, 30g of cheese and a bag of Moorish Munch from Marks and Spencer.
The NHS suggests that if you're looking to lose weight, you can start by cutting down on food that is high in sugar and fat where you can as well as keeping active for 150 minutes a week. They added: "There are lots of ways you can lose weight, from making small changes to what you eat and drink to finding more support.
"If you're overweight, losing weight will give you more energy and help to reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease and type 2 diabetes."
