This Woman’s Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs Recipe Makes Meatballs Just Like The Ones From Ikea
Anyone else feel like their poor little slow cooker is working overtime right now. Not only are we using it to make nutritious dinners while we work from home, but we’re also use it to bake all sorts of wonderful things we never thought could be cooked in it.
From slow cooker bbq ribs and slow cooker KFC to slow cooker bread and even slow cooker fudge!
But today, it’s all about this slow cooker Swedish meatballs recipe.
Ashley Fehr, aka The Recipe Rebel, has shared her recipe for these delicious meatballs that taste just like the ones from Ikea!
And, if you can start an argument with your partner about them not being able to measure stuff properly while you buy thousands of tealights that you’ll never use, it’ll be like you’re actually there!
Now, this recipe will serve 8 people, so if you’re currently self-isolating with just one other person, you can halve the measurements and have it for two nights in a row. Smart.
