A woman has fulfilled her father's last request by smoking his ashes and shared a video of the experience on YouTube. Content creator Rosanna Pansino, 39, paid a unique tribute to her late father in a recent video on her channel.

With over 14 million subscribers, the YouTuber included this poignant moment in the first episode of her new podcast series, titled Rodiculous. In the video, she smoked cannabis that she cultivated using her father's ashes.

Rosanna shared that this was her father's wish before he passed away five years ago. In the episode named 'Smoking my dead dad', she discussed how her father had been diagnosed with leukaemia six years before his death.

She said her dad was a "badass" and "a rebel". She added: "And I will be following in his footsteps, like father like daughter, so to start this episode I want to tell you guys about my dad’s dying wish.

"Before he passed, he told me and my mum what he would like us to do with his ashes." At first, Rosanna's mum was quite hesitant. "But as time has gone on and it’s been five years now, we just really think that it’s the right time to do what dad wanted," she said. "To honor him the way he wanted."

Rosanna shared that before he passed away, her father asked her and her mom to blend his ashes with soil, cultivate a marijuana plant, and then smoke it. To honor his request, the 39-year-old obtained a license to grow marijuana.

She also posted a clip of the podcast show on Instagram. In the caption, she wrote: "We lost my dad about 5 years ago to Leukemia. He was the best. His dying wish was to be grown into a cannabis plant and be smoked.

"So that’s what I did. The first episode of my new podcast is dedicated to him. Link to full podcast episode in bio! Love and miss you every day Papa Pizza."

In the comment section, one viewer replied: "This is so sweet no judgement." Alexa wrote: "My dad has leukaemia and always says he wants to be grown into a plant (more of a house plant verity) but I love this."
