    Why do people who are out all day arrange to have parcels delivered to their house when they know they will not be there to receive it?
    Have the parcel delivered to a local parcel shop instead. Most of them are late night stores like the local Spar, Coop, Mini Tesco Bargain Booze etc. You can then pick it up at your leisure. Even Argos do it.

    This is a bit unfair blaming the delivery company. They usually offer the customer who would be the sender in this instance, the option to leave the package if nobody is home. You can say no to that. Yodel were just doing as instructed. It is not their fault you live in a dodgy area.
    Most people are out working all day so have the parcel delivered to a local parcel shop instead. You can then pick it up at your leisure.

    Once, Yodel driver when came to my home with delivery, tried to open the door first, and just after knocked on door.........f...ng criminal ba...rd!
