Did Woody Harrelson Just Reveal He’s Back to Using Pot?

The always-entertaining Woody Harrelson swung by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to promote his latest film, Planet of the Apes. But he ended up opening a can of worms with regard to the recent news that he was no longer smoking pot.

Stephen Colbert asked Harrelson, “I understand you don’t smoke weed anymore — is this true?” And Harrelson drew a lot of laughs when he responded, “I don’t smoke any less.”

Harrelson’s name is almost as synonymous with marijuana as his good friend Willie Nelson’s, which is why it was so shocking when the actor announced he had stopped smoking pot.

It looks like Harrelson may have found a loophole. After Colbert asked one more time, “You sure you don’t smoke weed anymore?” The actor responded, “Well, you know, you don’t have to smoke a brownie, dude. You know what I’m saying?”

The Late Show With Stephen Colbert airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on CBS.
