Cons
No tutorial: Although pop-ups show you the features, such as the chat or profile stats, the lack of a straightforward game tutorial means that if you haven't played word games before, you must play solo for a while to get used to the interface and figure out how to maximize your score on the game table.
Log-in issues: The app got stuck when we tried to log in with our Google account, so we had to use the email sign-up option.
Ads: The banner at the bottom of the screen takes up precious space on a smartphone. There's no paid option to remove it.
